Leftover Welcomes Back Spring



Street Festivals are usually conducted in warm weather. This time it was relatively chilly. You almost don't mind the crowds, crowds, noise, and the wonderful 'tickets for dollars' system.

Average weather around these parts progressed from winter in February to Late-Spring in March to Late-Winter in April to Late-Summer in May and now to our current Mid-Spring in June. Good times
