Square Meal #1 - $7+

Almost weekly, Mikey will make a four way trip so we can enjoy the Boston Market (formerly known as Boston Chicken). This is turning into the lunch highlight of the week. Chicken, green beans, spinach, cornbread.


Square Meal #2 - $2+

Stir Fry. Vegetables in greasy form. Toss in Monday's leftover Thai chicken along with the unhealthy sausage and we got ourselves some random variety.

Non Meal Related Statements

- The Cubs walked in the winning run tonight giving the Brewers their sixth victory in a row. Six more and I will drive to Milwaukee for free George Webb's burgers. We're halfway to free burgers...fries and orange soda extra.

- CNN's Larry King Live just aired a segment about the Jeffrey Dahmer case. Before typing this sentence, I had a flashback to the summer between sixth and seventh grade. That was a messed up time to be a kid in Milwaukee. We made way too many jokes about it. Now I'm thinking about the sentencing hearing where a victim's relative unleashed a profanity-laced tirade at the murderer. We made way too many jokes about that, too.

- I spent the better part of two hours cleaning up the apartment tonight. A good thirty five minutes of that featured sorting and shredding junk-mail. I proved a theory by doing this: Pushing papers at home is not more fun that pushing papers during the day. I should set that garbage can out back on fire.

- Monday featured a drive through the morning rush hour to get to the suburbs. I hope to never have to live with a situation like that on a daily basis. It's not fun.

- New toy: camera tripod. Now...what shall I do with that?
