Ten days ago I mailed my camera lens to the camera company. Two days ago, I almost called them up because I heard nothing. You'd think they would call me up or send me an e-mail once they received it. Well, they did things the old fashioned way and 'mailed' me the estimate of repair. I was directed to authorize the repair with a signature. I enclosed a check, made sure the mailing address appeared in the window, and placed a 'stamp' on the envelope. I shall expect my lens ten days after they receive my authorization and money. This transaction will be completed entirely through the United States Postal Service. It's been a while since I've done this. I forgot how long these things take. Pictures. The internet.
