Before
Saturday : Tennis
Sunday : Attended Baseball Game
Monday : 10 mile bikeride before work. After work, I tossed the baseball around and turned down an invitation to play tennis.

After
Tuesday: Plan is to toss the baseball around and possibly hit things with bats.
Wednesday: Kickball
Thursday : Bikeride?
Friday : ???

That's a lot of sports participation in one week. I feel like a kid again save for the fact that my shoulder feels like it wants to fall off.

Before typing this nonsense, I walked my mom through the process of programming her VCR. I was able to tell her the exact location of certain buttons on the remote. Perhaps somewhere in my mind...I have a photographic memory. It was a 20 minute phone call and I didn't even get frustrated. Deed of the day = done.
