Freeze Out

We were in a packed bus and the number of people standing began to grow. I was sitting towards the front in a courtesy seat. At one of the stops, an older (but not elderly) woman got on the bus and stood in front of me. She was shooting me glances as if I should give up my seat to her. I usually would, but for some reason I wanted to pretend like I was asleep. I was beginning to feel bad, but I successfully rationalized my reason...and that reason may or may not have involved her fur coat. Fur coats don't mean entitlement....at least not to me. I'm such an ass.

My m(o)ustache froze twice today. Once in the morning and once during lunch. Frozen facial hair is a strange feeling. Well...it's strange until you can't feel your face anymore. I know it's that time of year...so I'll have to grin and bear it.

Guess what?

I can slang real estate now.
