Freeze Out Sausage Heat Wave

I stepped outside this morning, took a deep breath and felt a twinge of happiness that it was warm out. Then I walked by the bank clock and it said it was 25 degrees. It still felt warm but for a few hours today, I felt like a tool. You fools in warm weather climates probably can't relate...but it's true...today was warm. Since when does 25 degrees constitue a heat wave?
