Recharge begins

It's a big weekend coming up. This weekend also shows up conveniently at a time where I've been fairly busy during the day. Getting away like this works out perfectly. Its amazing how fast a day can go when you have a full plate. Its depressing to think that my 'work off-days' are long gone.

Being busy means I can't keep up with the news of the day. You feel so detached after a few days like this. Now I know why so many corporate folk don't know whats going on in the world and don't care. They tend to forget that the world exists because they're so focused on the dollar. Is it better to be rich and not know whats going on in the world than the opposite?

The Bucks made it a game tonight. I had to watch the game through stat updates on the interweb. Statistically speaking, they had a rough first half. They came back fighting a bit in the second half. Tim Thomas shot 29%. That won't win you any games. I know that he's a slow starter...but the guy should be "taking over the team" these days. Anywho, while watching the game by checking stats is fun...I should check out some television action this weekend.

Well, its time to get as much sleep as possible in the next three days.
