Buck's Lose...I shall revert to calling them the Sucks again.
New toy for you to feast on: BlogAmp. It automatically lists the last 20 songs off my Winamp playlist. I felt it an easier thing to clue you in on what noise I listen to than listing 5 CD's that are in my rotation. Then again, if I'm not careful, I could wind up posting music on that list that would not be at all representative of my musical tastes. Well, whatever...it should be good fun.
Hopefully I can turn tomorrow into a fairly productive day. I need to work on a few things that may help me out in the near future should I be forced to seek different avenues to pay my bills. Let us hope that I don't have to...yet, preventative maintenance would be a wise thing for me to do.
Beware the Defcon Level...it seems that we're expected to live in fear of something right now. Things are never as they are presented to be. Fairness in Accuracy and Reporting is a very good resource if you are looking for a different angle to what is being to fed to America via network news. I'm not saying that there is nothing to worry about, but I am saying that the same dangers have been hanging over America's head for the past 18 months.
There's a motor running near/above my apartment. I first heard this a few months ago and it really got on my nerves. It is on its way to getting on my nerves shortly. Make it stop.
The Simpsons episodes tonight were damn good. I'm amazed at the quality of writing after all these seasons. Many folks get dissappointed by the new episodes because they don't seem as funny...their expectations are way too high sometimes. What they don't realize is that the show has become one where the episodes tend to be more effective after a few viewings. It's a "re-run show" where one picks up on the subtle humor more and more as they see the same episode over and over again.
Beloit was a good time...I must recover. I didn't drink much last night, but was up until 4 am this morning...social drinking can equal good times as well.
