I find the behavior of the Cubs fans mentioned in the above post absolutely vile, but I am more dissapointed that you would say "the fans are (mostly) racists". Because, while that's technically not a racist statement, it's sure as hell prejudice, and I expect more from you than I do from the guys LOC was writing about. In any case, I too much prefer Sox games & on average do find the crowd far more fun to be around. Every time I go to a game at wrigley field (which is only once a year because I can't handle much more), I feel threatened by all the drunk frat boys and judged by all the boobed out blondes. I go to 10-12 sox games a year, work across the street from it in a very nice neighborhood, and feel super comfortable there. It's too bad people have these misconceptions about cellular field, which is hardly on the 'south side', so they avoid going. Its really a great time there. Whoa, thats insane.
